A very balanced and elegant Pinot noir from Russian River Valley in Sonoma county, with Pommard accents, and a Burgundy style. The wine has been aging in French Oak barrels for 18 months, then bottled early July 2017. It is very well structured in the mouth, delivers all kind of red fruit flavors: blackberry but also raspberry and even strawberry. There is an earthy feeling, and mushroom nuance that reminds burgundy, adding to the nice fruity savor from California, and this blends in a very smooth and pleasant experience, with a very long finish! Like the Sonoma coast, it's been aging beautifully, is more rounded in the mouth with an elegant finish.

Our Pinot Noir is a grown on 2 blocks from the famed Bacigalupi Vineyard in Russian River Valley. We picked up at 2 different dates from each block, and performed a mix of whole cluster and berries fermentation. After 18 months in barrels we chose our blend from the best to deliver for you this beautiful wine, with a great acidity, ideal for food pairings.
