CLIMATS du COUCHANT - PINOT NOIR 2015 Sonoma Coast

A very balanced and elegant Pinot noir from Sonoma coast in Sonoma county, with Pommard accents, and a Burgundy style. The wine has been aging in French Oak barrels for 18 months, then bottled early July 2017. It is very well structured in the mouth, delivers all kind of red fruit flavors: blackberry but also raspberry and even strawberry. There is an earthy feeling, and mushroom nuance that reminds burgundy, adding to the nice fruity savor from California, and this blends in a very smooth and pleasant experience, with a very long finish! The wine has been aging beautifully and is very elegant and rounded, a candidate for your best Pinot Noir this summer!

Our Pinot Noir is a grown on 2 blocks from a beautiful Vineyard in Petaluma gap and one closer to Occidental and the Russian River valley. We performed a mix of whole cluster and berries fermentation. After 18 months in barrels we chose our blend from the best to deliver for you this beautiful wine, with a great acidity, ideal for food pairings.
